Cambridge Citizens
Who are we?
We are Cambridge Citizens – an alliance of educational institutions, faith communities, universities and charities, representing 10s of thousands of people in the city, acting for social justice and the common good.
Since our inception in 2022, we have:
- Established an alliance of 17 institutions, the largest civic alliance in the city
- Trained over 100 local leaders in broad-based organising
- Convened 6 Weaving Trust events at different organisations in the city
We are currently working with schools, colleges, universities and charities to support young people to run the first Young Person’s Assembly in November.
We will be holding our founding assembly in November 2026.
